It's the shortest event we ship to, and the argument is coverage rather than duration. The whole thing turns on about three seconds, and the failure mode is that every phone in the yard was pointed at the box. Four cameras aimed at four faces is the only way to be certain you have the moment.

Somebody you brief beforehand, by name. Tell each camera holder whose face they're responsible for — you, your partner, each set of grandparents — and have them start recording thirty seconds before the countdown and not stop. Nobody should be trying to find focus in the middle of it.

Powder and confetti are fine, and the cameras are stabilised enough to keep a face sharp through it. Water is what ends them — these are not waterproof, so a poolside reveal or a burst water balloon is the one setup to plan around. Stand your camera holders upwind of the powder anyway.

That's the default cut on this event. We line the cameras up against each other and play the reveal through once, then again from the other faces. Say if you'd rather see it as a single split screen — that's a note at the rough cut stage.

Yes, and it's common here. Put the shipping address of whoever is holding the secret — a friend, a sibling, the bakery even — and they receive it, test it and hand it out on the day. The box is plain on the outside with no branding on it.

You don't pay for the edit. If the kit comes back without enough usable material to cut a film, the editing charge and every add-on are refunded in full. You keep paying only the kit rental — 20% of the package price, less than the rental is worth on its own — because the cameras were held and shipped for a date we couldn't book to anyone else. It's rare, and we show you what came back before we make that call.
