Graduation kit
Graduation day, filmed by your family, edited by us
The ceremony is the boring part. Pocket cameras go out to the family — someone films the walk, someone films the parking lot, someone films the party — and we cut it into the version of the day that’s actually worth keeping.

Your guests get a plan, not a lecture
Every graduation kit ships with table cards that explain the camera in one sentence and name six things worth pointing it at. Half of graduation day happens outdoors and on the move, so the list is built for a stadium and a backyard rather than a banquet hall.

Four years of college and I have maybe six photos. My little brother filmed the whole graduation weekend on one of these and I've watched the film probably fifteen times.

Still doing research? Or is the graduation later this year?
Join the list and we’ll send you a reminder in good time — while there is still room to plan it properly. We’ll also check whether there is anything we can help you work out before then.
You’re on the list
We’ll send a reminder before the graduation, and we’ll reach out to see if we can help you with any of it in the meantime. Nothing else — tell us any time and we’ll take you off the list.
Graduation specifics
We're two hundred feet from the stage. Will the walk be usable?
Honestly: it will be a wide shot. These are pocket cameras with no optical zoom, so a name being read from the far side of an arena reads as a small figure crossing a stage. It's worth having, but the footage people rewatch is the hallway beforehand, finding each other on the field afterwards, and the party.
Our school bans recording devices at the ceremony.
Then use the kit for the day around it, which is where the film is anyway. Getting ready, the drive in, the parking lot, the field afterwards, the party that night. Plenty of graduation orders never take a camera into the venue at all.
Two of ours are graduating in the same week.
One kit covers both if the two dates fall inside the same window — the kit lands five days before the first and needs to be in transit back within five days of the last. Tell us in your notes and we'll decide with you whether that's one film or two.
Ceremony at 9am, party at 7pm. Will the batteries make it?
Not on one charge, and you shouldn't try. Plan on ninety minutes to two hours of actual recording per battery. Every kit ships with a battery handle and a charging dock — put the cameras back on it between the ceremony and the party and you start the evening full.
Half the family watched on a livestream in a parking lot.
Film that too. It's a real part of graduation day and it's the part no school ever records — a dozen relatives around a phone on a car bonnet, reacting four seconds after the name. Hand one camera to somebody out there and we'll cut it against the walk itself.
What if there isn't enough footage to cut a film?
You don't pay for the edit. If the kit comes back without enough usable material to cut a film, the editing charge and every add-on are refunded in full. You keep paying only the kit rental — 20% of the package price, less than the rental is worth on its own — because the cameras were held and shipped for a date we couldn't book to anyone else. It's rare, and we show you what came back before we make that call.
These are the graduation questions. Booking, shipping, batteries, sound, returns and delivery are all answered in the full question list. Filming something else? See all event types. Want the numbers? See what filming a graduation costs where you live, with every figure sourced.
